Rainer's work focuses on coaching, supervision and social skills. Following his credo “Close to people”, he works towards healthy and productive cooperation in a professional context, because success inspires everyone.

Rainer supports our department heads with training and courses on personal development and intercultural issues. He also advises our management on issues such as the future.

As a business mediator, corporate counselor and mental and business coach, Rainer draws on a wealth of experience and advice from over 900 one-to-one meetings and team spirit meetings.

(1 year)

Introduction to areas such as:

  • Quality management
  • Complying with operating standards
  • Product safety
  • Revenue and cost optimisation
  • Employee leadership

The training lasts one year, of which six months are officially “study time”.

Admission requirements: school-leaving qualification and completed vocational training or several years of professional experience.

Front Office Management
(1 year)

Consolidation of knowledge in areas such as:

  • Communication
  • Intercultural competence
  • Personnel leadership/planning
  • Guest relation management
  • Revenue management
  • Complaints management

The training lasts one year, of which five months are officially “study time”.

Admission requirements: school-leaving qualification and completed vocational training or several years of professional experience.

Hotel Economist (2 years)

Introduction to areas such as:

  • the basics of business administration
  • human resources management
  • Insights into rights and taxes
  • Management aspects in the hotel industry
  • Marketing strategies
  • Distribution and revenue management

Duration of the further education is 2 years, of which 19 months are official "study time".

Admission requirements: school-leaving certificate and completed vocational training and several years of work experience.

SPA Manager (20 months)

Knowledge acquisition in a.o.

  • Staff management
  • Ensuring the implementation of cleaning, hygiene and safety standards
  • Developing strategic SPA concepts
  • Marketing and sales strategies
  • Target group analyses for the customer journey

The duration of the continuing education is 20 months of which 14 months are official "study time".

Admission requirements: High school diploma and completed vocational training and experience in the SPA-Department.

Specialist in the hospitality industry (2 years)

  • General business management skills

  • Industry-related taxes, duties and insurances

The duration of the training is 2 years, of which 18 months are regular "study time".

Admission requirement: Completed vocational training of min. 2 years and one year of work experience.



Sommelier (20 months)

  • Professional advice to guests
  • Marketing strategies
  • Professional wine sales
  • Development of the wine world
  • Examination of cellar techniques, wine production and legal issues
  • Business background knowledge

The duration of the training is 20 months, of which 14 months are official "study time".

Admission requirements: Completed vocational training in a gastronomic profession and one year of professional experience or at least five years of professional experience.

Hotel marketing (1 year)

Deepening of knowledge in a.o.

  • Hotel marketing
  • E-commerce as a distribution element
  • Sales organization
  • Strategic sales management

The duration of the further training is 1 year, of which 6 months are official "study time".

Admission requirements: University entrance qualification (Abitur), university of applied sciences entrance qualification or an equivalent school-leaving qualification or a Meister:innenbrief (master craftsman's certificate) or an upgrading qualification or a completed vocational training of at least 2 years and at least 3 years of work experience.

Together with an external teacher, we offer courses for non-native employees so that they can find out more about the German language and culture.
