Nathalie Banhardt takes care of all personnel and recruitment strategies. From time to time, she also conducts interviews. So there's a good chance you'll also meet Nathalie at your initial interview.

Lena Nopper is the first contact person in the hotel when it comes to personnel questions and recruiting. Your application lands on her desk, she invites you to get to know her and also conducts most of our interviews. No need to be nervous!

Lena, who is also known as the house chaplain, always has an open ear for questions, problems and concerns of all employees and trainees.

Another contact person at the hotel is Karola Mühl.

She also takes care of many personnel-related tasks such as payroll accounting and supports Nathalie and Lena where she can. So you may also meet Karola in person when you visit us.
