Reception
You are the first point of contact for our guests – whether it’s over the phone or when they arrive at our hotel. So, you can imagine how important your role is. In addition to check-ins and check-outs, you are responsible for billing and credit card checks, coordinating special requests, organizing arrivals and departures, maintaining guest records, and communicating with other departments. It is important that you enjoy interacting with people, especially children, as our hotel specializes in family-friendly accommodations. Noise should not be a problem for you, as it can get lively in a family-oriented environment. Flexibility, a calm demeanor, and a high level of service orientation are essential here.
Reservations
In addition to the reception, reservations are the most important point of contact for our guests, whether by phone, email, or in person. Your tasks range from actively selling our rooms and offers, handling individual booking inquiries, creating offers, and processing cancellations or rebookings. You will also manage group inquiries and provide our trainees and BA students with valuable insights into your daily work. We offer flexible working hours, occasional home office, and the option for a four-day workweek with 10-hour days.
Housekeeping
You ensure that our guests feel comfortable from the very first moment—whether in their rooms, in public areas, or in the swimming pool. Between check-out (by 11 a.m.) and check-in (from 4 p.m.), there is enough time to thoroughly clean and prepare the rooms with the latest equipment. Your tasks include cleaning and checking guest rooms, replenishing amenities and linen, reporting technical issues, maintaining public areas like the swimming pool and wellness areas, handling laundry (receiving, sorting, distributing), as well as training and supporting apprentices, interns, and new employees. If you have an eye for detail and love cleanliness, this is the perfect role for you!
Technics
Where would we be without our hardworking technicians, who maintain the building at all times? When the heating or electricity in a room stops working, our colleagues are there to help until the issue is resolved. Whether it's replacing cables, painting walls, or clearing snow in winter—the list is endless. Therefore, there is always something to do. You are also responsible for the pool technology, ensuring that guests can enjoy swimming fun from morning till evening. There's always something to take care of here, so boredom is never an issue at work.
Kitchen
In our kitchen, we prepare a variety of international and local dishes for our guests, always maintaining high-quality standards and using products from the region. Who better to join us than someone with a passion for food? As in many other hotels, we offer an all-inclusive buffet, with the exception of dinner, where guests can order a freshly prepared 4-course menu. Your responsibilities will include preparing hot and cold dishes, arranging buffets and plating meals, receiving and checking goods, and ensuring hygiene regulations are followed and understood.
Service
In the service department, you are the friendly face for our guests – from breakfast to dinner. You greet, advise, and take care of them with heart and attention. You take orders, handle special requests, and ensure that families, couples, and children feel completely at ease. You work flexibly in our different restaurant areas – from the cozy "Hebelstube" to the light-filled winter garden, the rustic "Silva Nigra," or the stylish experience restaurant "Fanny’s." Whether it’s a buffet or menu service, small events like birthdays, selecting the right wine, advising on the best baby food, or meeting special guest requests – your day is varied. Setting and clearing tables, maintaining the buffet, preparing drinks, and supporting apprentices are also part of the job.
Animation
In our Kids' World, you will care for children from six months old in lovingly designed, age-appropriate groups – from the baby area to Happy’s Kids' World, and the Wave Club for the older ones with PlayStation & more. You will ensure fun, play, and safety every day from 9:30 AM to around 7:00 PM, accompany our little guests during meals, and help our mascot "Happy" as he strolls through the hotel. You will also organize creative craft sessions, physical activities, treasure hunts, kids’ discos, or movie nights. Decorating for children's events like Halloween or Carnival, playing in the indoor playground, or simply offering comfort when needed are also part of the job.
Wellness
Named after the Balinese goddess Devi, a symbol of beauty and spiritual renewal, our spa welcomes you with a warm greeting from the majestic peacock, the symbol of Bali. Under the leadership of Andre Rehbein, you will find a diverse range of offerings: Balinese pampering rituals, classic and therapeutic massages, as well as cosmetic and facial treatments. Your tasks in the spa include performing treatments, providing personal consultation to guests, scheduling appointments, preparing and maintaining treatment rooms, and adhering to hygiene and quality standards.

Our Guest Relations and Management team ensures that guests feel well taken care of from the very first to the last moment – always attentive to wishes, questions, and individual needs.
They handle guest welcomes and information events, look after regular guests and VIPs, and create genuine moments of comfort and delight.
At the same time, they manage everything behind the scenes that keeps a large hotel running smoothly – from scheduling and budget planning to recruiting, marketing, finance, and coordinating construction or administrative tasks.
