Nathalie Rehbein brings structure, strategy, and innovative thinking to daily operations as a business psychologist – with a special focus on HR, leadership culture, and modern marketing. Sebastian Banhardt, with extensive expertise from top-tier hospitality, is responsible for purchasing, operational management, and the entire F&B department – always close to the team and fully involved in day-to-day activities. Together, they create a work environment built on trust, development, and genuine appreciation. They lead Feldberger Hof with heart, integrity, and energy – shaping the future every day alongside their team.
