Do you want to start your career in Germany as a skilled professional or apprentice from a country outside the EU? Then you’re in the right place! What we take care of for you:
- Complete organization and financing of the visa process

- Registration with a German health insurance provider
- Provision of accommodation immediately upon arrival
- Support with all official appointments and formalities
For Apprentices:
You only need:
- A valid B1 German language certificate
- A valid passport
We take care of everything else, so you can fully focus on your apprenticeship. Bonus: If you complete an online German course in advance and pass it successfully, we will fully reimburse your course costs!
For Skilled Professionals:
Requirements for joining us:
- A completed, at least 3-year university degree (e.g., in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism) from a recognized university
- Good English skills; German is a plus but not required
- A valid passport
- Ideally, at least 2 years of professional experience in the hotel industry
- If partially recognized or through partnership recognition: A2 language certificate (e.g., Goethe-Institut or telc)
Your flight will be organized – and the cost can be paid either with your first salary or conveniently in two installments, whichever option suits you best.
