As our apprenticeship supervisor and key contact for all young people in the company, Pia-Lena is deeply passionate about fostering the next generation. She supports our apprentices and students with advice, guidance, and hands-on help – always ready to listen and assist. In addition to her role in apprenticeship development, she is also responsible for recruiting new talents and actively shaping the future of our team.
